Shanghai Brose Automotive Components Co., Ltd. (short for “Shanghai Brose”), was established on March 26, 1999. The investors are Brose International GmbH and Shanghai SIIC Transportation Electronic Co., Ltd.      
      Shanghai Brose actively develops independent research and development capacity which is based on absorbing the advanced management systems and product technology from Brose Germany. Now Shanghai Brose own 24 patents, 3 are invention patents, 21 are utility model patents.        
      Shanghai Brose owns the intelligent production equipment, scientific and reasonable production process, well skilled line workers. Shanghai Brose has advanced quality management systems, and it has accredited the ISO/TS16969 quality system and ISO14000 environment system.
      The main products of Shanghai Brose are Inner Door Module（Incl. window regulator）, Seat Structure, Cooling Fans System. The products are supplied to the famous internal auto manufactures.
